Payment

Game on Dogs accepts AUD payments via Visa, Mastercard and direct bank deposit. If using direct deposit, please email us your bank’s confirmation of deposit after you have transferred your payment, quoting your order number. Your order will be processed once we have received confirmation of deposit.

Delivery information and charges

We will endeavour to process your order as soon as possible so that you and your dog can enjoy them. Please allow up to five working days for most domestic Australian orders paid by credit card. Game on Dogs do not accept cheque payments.
Orders will generally be shipped to you by Australia Post 
Delivery charges for Australia are:

·         under 500g – Flat rate of $6.50 for postage and handling. Awkward or items larger than A4 size but under 500g will be charged a surcharge of $2 to $3/- per item plus the flat rate.

·         over 500g but under 1.0kgs – Flat rate of $9.95 for postage and handling. A surcharge of $2 to $5/- per item may apply for awkward or large items plus the flat rate.

·         over 2.0kgs but under 3.0kgs – Flat rate of $15.00. A surcharge of $2 to $5/- per item for awkward or large items may apply plus the flat rate.

        ·         Over 3.0kgs but under 4kgs – Flat rate of $18.00

·         over 4kgs but under 7kgs – Flat rate of $35.00 for intertat deliveries. For orders to metropolitan areas please contact us before ordering for a lower quote.

Title and risk of loss to all products will pass to you on delivery. 

Tip: If you like an estimate of shipping cost for the items you have selected before you purchase and do not want the hassle of going through the checkout process of entering your details – just place your cursor & click on the number of items in your shopping cart (top right hand corner) – you will then be given the option to select an estimate for shipping.

 Products Damaged in Transit

All orders are delivered by Australia Post or by our nominated Courier Service which is an independent courier company. Please do not ASSUME that your package will be delivered by one service or another.  Unless you tell us otherwise, we will choose the most appropriate delivery option as outlined above.  Please consider the information below so you are aware of your obligations in relation to delivery options.
Australia Post Regular post or Express satchels are NOT insurable.  It is however, a much quicker service in general.  Damage, loss or theft incurred as a result of using this delivery option is at the purchasers risk.
If you REQUIRE a fully insured postal service such as Australia Post Registered that must be signed for, rather than being left at your door, it is your responsibility to request this at the time of ordering.  Australia Post Registered automatically includes $100 insurance.  Additional fees are payable for full insurance and person-to-person delivery options.

New Zealand

Game on Dogs welcomes orders from New Zealand. Delivery charges from $8/- Please contact us prior to purchase for a delivery quote.

International

Game on Dogs regretfully do not accept orders from outside of Australia and New Zealand.
