Terms and Conditions
In these Terms and Conditions "we" and "us" mean Game on Dogs - ABN: 83 408 807 630 of 88 Lamrock Ave, Bondi, Sydney, NSW 2026 and "you" and "your" means you the customer.
These Terms and Conditions together with your order constitute the entire Contract between us and you for the supply of Products. No other Terms and Conditions will apply. The Contract cannot be varied unless we agree to vary it in writing or by email prior to the event.
Legal Capacity to Transact
If you are under the age eighteen (18) years you can not place orders with Game on Dogs.
By accepting these Terms and Conditions you acknowledge that you are over the age of eighteen (18) years. Any orders placed and accepted by us will be deemed to be by persons over the age of eighteen (18) years.
Should Game on Dogs suffer any damage or other losses as a result of a transaction entered into by a minor, Game on Dogs reserves the right to seek compensation for such losses from the parents or guardians of the minor who caused any order(s) to be placed with Game on Dogs.
Placing Your Order
You may place your order by filling in the order form on this website.
When you place your order, we will issue you with an order number. We will do this by email.
By placing an order, you make an offer to us to purchase the products you have selected based on these Terms and Conditions.
We will confirm acceptance of your order when we send you an email confirming shipment of the goods you have ordered.
If we cannot process or accept your order after payment is received we will contact you by email or telephone.
Game on Dogs reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders at its sole discretion.
Payment Methods and Processing
Game on Dogs accepts Visa and MasterCard only. All prices are quoted in Australian dollars.
Payment can also be made by direct deposit to our bank account. Orders paid for by direct deposit will not be processed until payment has been received. Please ensure that you include the order/ invoice number in the transaction description.
Payment processing will not begin until we receive all the information we need.
Orders placed on a weekend or a public holiday will not begin payment processing until the next business day.
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding New South Wales public holidays.
We process credit card payments after you click the "Submit My Order" button.
For credit card payments we will email a tax invoice to you with your order confirmation. Your tax invoice is your proof of purchase.
Please Note:
We will not accept credit cards issued by banks outside of Australia and New Zealand. Our preference in this instance is direct credit or credit card payment.
You may be required to provide further identification for additional security reference checks.
GST
All prices quoted on this website are inclusive of GST except for items that are exempt from GST. Items that include GST, and the total GST paid will be clearly marked on the invoice.
Prices
Game on Dogs always seeks to list Products with the most competitive prices.
Game on Dogs reserves the right to change prices for Products displayed at the Game on Dogs website at any time.
Supply of Products
Subject to these Terms and Conditions, we will supply to you the Products indicated on your order confirmation.
When your order items have been dispatched, we will email you to confirm shipment of each item including a tracking number for each item.
Returns and Refund Policy
With the exceptions of DVDs and audio CDs, if you are not satisfied with your product you may return the product to us for a refund (excluding shipping costs) or replacement withnin 14 days of the purchase date on your receipt. Customer will incur the cost of return postage and be credited the purchase price only. All products returned to Game on Dogs must be in as-new condition (ie no bite marks, rips, signs of usage, etc) with original packaging. All returns must be accompanied by a copy of your receipt as proof of purchase.
A return authorisation (RA) number is required for all returns. This RA number should be clearly indicated on outside of the return packaging.
Please contact us at sales@gameondogs,com,au for a return authorisation number. This number must be written on your receipt and on the outside of the packaging. When you contact us please indicate the reasons for your return and include a copy of the sales receipt whether you require a replacement, a refund or a credit.
Game on Dogs will process refunds based on the original method of payment. If a credit card was used we will process refunds only to the credit card originally used to purchase the product – Please provide details of credit card number, name on card and expiration date. The refund will not include shipping cost - If a refund is required because of manufacturing defect or is due to our error, Game on Dogs will refund the purchaser for the return postage.
Unless a replacement is required due to a manufacturing defect or as a result of our error, Game on Dogs requires you to provide details of credit card for delivery costs to ship the replacement item to you. If a refund or a replacement is required because of manufacturing defect or due to our error, Game on Dogs will refund the purchaser for the return postage.
Game on Dogs will not be responsible for returns lost in transit and recommends that you use a traceable delivery service such as Australia Express Post Parcel or insured Parcel Post for returns. This will provide you with a proof of delivery to follow up in the event of a lost shipment.
General Returns
To return a product that doesn't meet your expectations, please follow these steps:
1) Request a Return Authorisation (RA) number via email using our "contact us" link . Please provide details of the problem. You will usually receive a reply within 2 business days. You will be given an RA number to return the item(s). Game on Dogs will not refund or credit shipping costs in the case of general returns.
2) Pack the item securely in original packaging. All products must be received in original condition (ie no bite marks, rips , signs of usage, etc). Include relevant details of:
a. Return Authorisation number
b. Copy of your Receipt as proof of purchase
c. Contact details including name, address, phone number and email
d. Details of whether you require a refund or a replacement. If you require a refund please provide details of originals credit card used to purchase the product.
3) Write Your RA Number on the outside on the packaging. Packages without RA number clearly indicated on the outside will be returned to sender.

Game on Dogs recommends that you use a traceable delivery service such as Australia Express Post Parcel or insured Parcel Post for returns. This will provide you with a proof of delivery to follow up in the event of a lost shipment. We will notify you by email within 24 hours of receipt of your return
5) Refund or Replacement. If you have requested a refund, Game on dogs will process refunds based on the original method of purchase within 5 business days of receipt of the return. We will notify you by email when we have received your return. If you have requested a replacement, we will ship the new product to you within 48 business hours at your expense. Unless a replacement is required due to a manufacturing defect or as a result of our error, Game on Dogs requires you to provide details of credit card for delivery costs to ship the replacement item to you.
Defective or Incorrect Merchandise
Game on Dogs is proud to offer our customers quality products. We will endeavor to supply you with product your have ordered in good condition. However, on occasion goods that are sealed within cartons may be faulty as a result of a manufacturing defect from our suppliers. If this occurs please either email us at sales@gameondogs.com.au or via our Contact us link. We will supply you with a replacement product.
Instructions on how to returnn a faulty product are as follows:
1) Request a Return Authorisation (RA) number via our "contact us" link or email us directly to sales@gameondogs.com.au Pleasr provide details of the problem. You will usually receive a reply within 2 business days. You will be given an RA number to return the item(s.) and our preferred shipping method. We will arrange for you to be reimbursed for any postage/shipping costs incurred using our preferred shipping method.
2) Pack the item securely in original packaging. All products must be received in original condition (ie no bite marks, rips , signs of usage, etc). Include relevant details of:
a. Return Authorisation number
b. Copy of your Receipt as proof of purchase
c. Contact details including name, address, phone number and email
d. Details of whether you require a refund or a replacement. If you require a refund please provide details of originals credit card used to purchase the product.
