Game on Dogs accepts AUD payments via Paypal and credit cards.

Delivery information and charges

Due to the current COVID 19 crisis and the need to reduce exposure through voluntary self isolation, orders that are sent via Australia Post will be despatch TWICE a week, generally on a Monday/Tuesday plus on Thursday/Friday depending on the volume of orders.

For Bulky items that can be sent economically via courier, the courier will be organised as soon as payment (if charged separately outside the shopping cart) for the courier has been received. Although we cannot guarantee it, Couriers would normally pick up the next day and delivery will be as per their schedule.

PLEASE NOTE for bulky items and for large orders, shipping is not charged at checkout.  Instead, COURIER COSTS are quoted and billed separately via Paypal. 

Similarly, due it the size and weight of large orders, we do not ship to PO Boxes as it is normally  more economical to use courier instead of Aust Post.

Please contact sales@gameondogs.com.au  to organise an urgent delivery or if you would like a pick up at an upcoming trial. Once despatched, regular Australia post delivery times apply. Orders paid via direct deposit may take longer to process due to the lag in bank confirmation of payment. Game on Dogs do not accept cheque payments.
Except for large parcels, orders will generally be shipped to you by Australia Post. Courier for large parcels are generally quoted separately and invoiced via Paypal.

There are NO FREE delivery offer on any of our products!

For bulk orders to metropolitan areas please contact us before ordering for a lower quote or for free delivery at a trial.

Title and risk of loss to all products will pass to you on delivery to Australia Post. 

Tip: If you like an estimate of shipping cost for the items you have selected before you purchase and do not want the hassle of going through the checkout process of entering your details – just place your cursor & click on the number of items in your shopping cart (top right hand corner) – you will then be given the option to select an estimate for shipping.

If you like to organise a pick up at a local Sydney agility trial please contact me after placing your order. The shipping cost will be refunded to you if we are able to meet you at a trial. 

Products Damaged/Loss in Transit

All orders are generally delivered by prepaid satchels from Australia Post. Australia Post Regular post or Express satchels are NOT insurable.  It is however, a much quicker service in general.  Damage, loss or theft incurred as a result of using this delivery option is at the purchasers risk.

If you require a fully insured postal service such as Australia Post Registered that must be signed for please request this at the time of ordering and a invoice will be sent to you for additional cost.  Australia Post Registered automatically includes $100 insurance.  Additional fees are payable for full insurance and person-to-person delivery options.

New Zealand

Game on Dogs welcomes orders from New Zealand. Delivery charges ranges from $25/- to $30/- for up to 500g satchel. Please contact us prior to purchase for a delivery quote for items exceeding 500g in weight.

International

Game on Dogs do not accept orders from other countries.
