Return and Exchange policy

If you are looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we are here to help! We offer returns or exchanges within 14 days of purchase. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:

Books, DVDs and CDs are excluded from return.

Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged

Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original product packaging

Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use

Customer is responsible for shipping cost for “Change of mind” returns

Special orders are excluded from our "change of  mind" returns

How to

To initiate a return or exchange, please email and advise your intentions and your return preference (Please select replacement, store credit or refund).

Following your email please complete the following steps:

  • Securely package the item(s) to be returned
  • Lodge at your local Post Office to:

  • Email Tracking number to Game on dogs

Game on Dogs will not be responsible for returns lost in transit and recommends that you use a traceable delivery service such as Australia Express Post Parcel or insured Parcel Post for returns.

Your return will be processed as soon as the item has been received in original condition. Customer will be credited the purchase price only and not for shipping cost incurred. Game on Dogs will process refunds based on the original method of payment. If a credit card was used we will process refunds only to the credit card originally used to purchase the product. The refund will not include shipping cost.

Special Orders

Special orders are orders specifically ordered by special request of the customer. As such there are no returns/refunds on these orders. 

Defective or Incorrect Merchandise 
Game on Dogs is proud to offer our customers quality products. We will endeavour to supply you with product you have ordered in good condition. However, on occasion goods that are sealed within cartons may be faulty as a result of a manufacturing defect from our suppliers. If this occurs please either email us at within 14 days of purchase. We will supply you with a replacement product once we obtain clearance from the supplier. If a refund or a replacement is required because of manufacturing defect or due to our error, Game on Dogs will refund the purchaser for the return postage.
