Unless otherwise instructed, your order will be dispatched using regular Australia Post with tracking. Please contact us if you require your parcels to be insured for safe delivery. Please visit Australia Post website for more details of their T & Cs.
Orders are normally despatched via Australia Post within 1-3 BUSINESS days of the order being placed. For example, orders placed on a Friday afternoon may be despatch at the Post Office any day from the following Monday to Wednesday. We are a one man band and at times may experience overwhelming demands on our time that may impact dispatch times.
The ETA from day of despatch is dependent on Australia Post stated terms and conditions of service.
Bulky items or large orders exceeding 4 kgs will be sent via a courier and a separate Paypal invoice for courier cost will be sent for payment prior to shipping. Delivery times will be dependent on the courier terms and conditions. Couriers require a physical delivery address.
Shipping charge are generally start from $12/-
Occasionally, there may be an unintended mistake made regarding shipping calculation, please do contact us for verification if you feel that the cost is abnormally high. We endeavour to refund any significant excess shipping cost charged.
Bulky items shipping is usually quoted and charged separately to you via a separate Paypal invoice.
Bulky items courier costs are based on the dimensions of the item. Please note that it is never our policy to offer free shipping.

How long does it take for your order to arrive?
Generally orders will be despatch TWICE per week on a Monday/Tuesday and Thursday/Friday depending on volume of orders and our work schedule. This is a general guide and is subject to change.
Once despatched, regular Australia post/Courier delivery times apply. Please refer direct to Australia Post/courier for delivery times to your area. Tracking details will be sent to you once your order is packed ready to be despatched.

We are always happy to assist in the enquiry of late deliveries by initiating an enquiry at our end, but for most times, it is more effective to contact your local Post Office regarding any late/missing deliveries. Any claims of lost parcels should be directed to the Post Office/courier. Please also keep us informed us of any missing parcels so that we can assist you.
