Game on Dogs Loyalty Program - Terms & Conditions

  1. Membership
    1. Membership in the Loyalty Program is available to any Australian resident who is at least eighteen (18) years old and provides valid and accurate personal information when enrolling. Once enrolled into the Loyalty program, you will enter at the Bronze member status level and are entitled to the rewards and benefits of membership as set out herein or in promotional materials.
    2. Associations, clubs or groups are not eligible to join our loyalty program
    3. You are automatically enrolled in our Loyalty Program when you register online for an account.
    4. We may refuse an application for membership for any reason.
    5. Membership is free but is limited to one account per individual. We reserve the right to delete any accounts that appear to be linked to the same individual without notice.
  2. Your obligations
    1. Using membership during a transaction or registering with the Loyalty program in accordance with 1.1 above constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy policy
    2. It is your responsibility to inform us if:
      1. Your personal details change (including, but not limited to, your address, email address or phone number). If we do not have your correct details, we may not be able to contact you about your account or send you offers or rewards, and we may also restrict operations on your account (such as redemption).
      2. You would like your details removed from the account.
    3. Game on Dogs Loyalty account is not transferable and remain the property of Game on Dogs.
    4. Members must maintain an active Program membership to earn and redeem points. You may opt out of the Loyalty program at any time. If you opt out of the program, you will no longer earn points or be able to redeem points and you will forfeit your unused and unexpired points. Deletion of points is final and cannot be reversed. To cancel a Loyalty program membership, please email us at sales@gameondogs.com.au
  3. Earning points
    1. Points will be credited to your account after a qualifying transaction has been completed as listed on the website. These may include qualifying purchases, referrals and other applicable promotional events as listed on the website.
    2. Please note that points cannot be earned for: any purchase made using a reward coupon; store credit or merchandise credit; charity donations; purchase of a gift card; on sale/discounted items or the value of any gifts-with-purchase. All other purchases will be qualifying purchases.
    3. Points earned will be reversed a transaction is cancelled or a refund given.
    4. We may correct erroneous, invalid points or adjust for reversed transactions at any time even if it would put your membership account into a negative points balance.
    5. You may check your points balance at any time using the customer account portal on the website.
    6. Points do not expire unless you do not earn any points on your account for a period of 12 consecutive months, then your points, and any Loyalty rewards, will automatically expire and we may also terminate your membership and close your account.
    7. You cannot transfer, sell, or give your points to any other person.
    8. Game on dogs Loyalty points have no cash or monetary value.
  4. Rewards and redemption
    1. If you are registered and have sufficient points in your account, you may use your points in exchange for rewards which are listed on the Game on Dogs website.
    2. Additional Terms and Conditions may apply to redeeming rewards and form part of these Terms and Conditions. They are available on the website and may change from time to time without notice to you.
    3. All rewards are subject to availability. We are not responsible to you if any reward is not available for any reason.
    4. You can only use one voucher at any one time when making a purchase, and it cannot be combined with any other vouchers or discount codes or be applied to discounted items. The voucher will only apply to the product price and will not apply to any delivery costs unless specified.
  1. Loyalty Tiers
    1. There are 4 membership tiers Silver, Gold and Diamond. You will earn different rewards as you progress through each tier. Details of the benefits of each tier will be listed on the website
    2. The tier level of your membership is based on the points earned during the current or previous Membership Year whichever is the highest. If you are a new member, or do not have sufficient points to qualify you to the second membership tier level, your membership tier level will start at the first tier, Bronze. If you reach the second tier Silver during a Membership Year you will stay at the second membership tier level during the rest of the Membership Year and the following Membership Year.
    3. You will retain lifetime membership of the highest tier earn so long as you make an eligible transaction within 12 consecutive months. If your account is dormant for 12 consecutive months, you will return to the first tier for the following Membership Year or your membership will be cancelled.
  1. Termination of Loyalty Program
    1. We have the right to terminate or suspend the operation of the Loyalty program (including in part) for any reason without notice and without liability.
  2. General
    1. We may, in our discretion, make any change we see fit to these Terms and Conditions, including, without limitation:
      1. the range of Participants and Qualifying Transactions;
      2. the points you can earn on Qualifying Transactions;
      3. the range of rewards and the number of points required for rewards;
      4. the period for expiry of existing or future points in your account.
    2. We will give you notice of any change to the Terms and Conditions or as set out in 5.1, at our sole discretion:
      1. via the Game on Dogs website; and/or
      2. by direct email communications sent to members.
    3. In addition to the right to terminate in 3.5, we may terminate your Loyalty membership immediately and without notice where you:
      1. fail to comply with these Terms and Conditions;
      2. provide misleading information or make any misrepresentation to us;
      3. are abusive or offensive to any of our staff
    4. Where your Loyalty membership is terminated, you will cease to be entitled to earn and redeem points and your points will be deleted.
    5. Respecting your personal information is very important to us. The Game on Dogs Privacy Policy forms part of these Terms and Conditions. Our Privacy Policy is available on the website.
    6. We may provide your personal information to parties involved in a purchase or potential purchase of any part of our business.
    7. We will not be liable to you for the termination of the Loyalty program for any reason whatsoever, including (without limitation) for any pointsΒ  in your account at the time of termination.
    8. Any liability we may have to you in negligence, breach of contract or otherwise, and all conditions and warranties as to the condition, suitability, quality, fitness or safety of any goods or services supplied by Game on Dogs whether express or implied by statute, are excluded to the extent permitted by law, and, where liability cannot be excluded, our liability to you will in all cases be limited to:
      1. the cost of re-supplying the goods or services or repairing, or paying the costs of repairing, the goods;
      2. reinstating number of points in dispute; or,
      3. where the dispute relates to a reward, the number of points required to redeem the reward.
    9. Any tax, liability, or duty incurred by a member arising from a member's participation in the Loyalty program is the responsibility of the member.
    10. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
    11. Β The terms and conditions of the Loyalty program forms part of the Term and conditions of the website.
  3. Security
    1. The transmission of information over the Internet is not completely secure or error free. In particular, emails or other communications to or from us and information submitted to or accessed via this Website may not be secure and you should use discretion in deciding what information you send to us via these means.
    2. Emails or other communications to or from us may undergo email filtering and virus scanning, including by third party contractors. We do not warrant that such filters and scans will be effective in removing viruses or other potentially harmful code.
