Shipping policy

Orders are normally dispatched via Australia Post within 1-4 BUSINESS days of the order being placed. For example, orders placed on a Friday afternoon may be dispatched at the Post Office any day from the following Monday to Wednesday. The ETA from day of dispatch is dependent on Australia Post stated terms and conditions of service. Please note that their actual delivery lag may differ from their stated delivery lag. 

Shipping for Bulky items are charged separately.

We do not offer free delivery. Bulky items or large orders exceeding 4 kgs will be sent via a courier and a separate Paypal invoice for courier cost will be sent for payment prior to shipping. 

Delivery times will be dependent on the courier terms and conditions.

Missing/Late deliveries

Unless otherwise instructed, your order will be dispatched using regular Australia Post with tracking (courier for bulky items).Unless specifically requested (extra charges will apply) your order is not insured for safe delivery - Please visit Australia Post website for more details of their T & Cs.
We are always happy to assist in the enquiry of late deliveries by initiating an enquiry at our end, but for most times, it is more effective to contact your local Post Office regarding any late/missing deliveries. Any claims of lost parcels should be directed to the Post Office/courier. Please also advise us of any missing parcels so that we can try to assist you
