Gift cards are delivered by email and contain a gift code to redeem them at checkout. Our gift cards have no additional processing fees and an extra long validity period of 24 months!

Note: Gift cards are only redeemable for products offered on the website and cannot be redeemed for cash. There is no replacement/refund for lost gift cards.

Orders will generally be shipped to you by regular Australia Post (uninsured) or a best priced Courier.

How long does it take for your order to arrive?
Generally orders will be dispatched TWICE per week on a Monday/Tuesday and Thursday/Friday depending on volume of orders received.

Once dispatched, regular Australia post/Courier delivery times apply. Please refer direct to Australia Post/courier for delivery times to your area. Tracking details will be sent to you once your order is is dispatched. Please check your browser settings if you are not receiving notifications from us.

SHIPPING FOR BULKY ITEMS ARE  set at "Free" in the shopping cart will be quoted & charged CHARGED SEPARATELY using Paypal invoicing. Please check your spam folder if you have not received a shipping quote from us.

Couriers require a physical delivery address and do not deliver to PO boxes.
