Washing

Wash at a maximum of 30°C without fabric softener, do not tumble dry or iron, your dog would not appreciate it anyway.

Orders will generally be shipped to you by regular Australia Post (uninsured) or a best priced Courier.

How long does it take for your order to arrive?
Generally orders will be dispatched TWICE per week on a Monday/Tuesday and Thursday/Friday depending on volume of orders received.

Once dispatched, regular Australia post/Courier delivery times apply. Please refer direct to Australia Post/courier for delivery times to your area. SHIPPING FOR BULKY ITEMS or large orders ARE  set at "Free" in the shopping cart will be quoted & charged CHARGED SEPARATELY using Paypal invoicing. Please check your spam folder if you have not received a shipping quote from us.

Couriers require a physical delivery address and do not deliver to PO boxes.
